A wonderful villa with tourist licence for ten people, characterised by its privacy and tranquillity. The house is built on two levels. On the main floor we find a large hall where the staircase leads to the first floor. To the left, we find a large kitchen with a dining table for 12 people and the garage, which also contains the laundry room. Then two rooms leading to terraces. To the right of the entrance, next to the amazing pool, bar, barbecue and a sauna, there is a spacious living room with access to the main terrace.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with its own private terrace for added privacy.
The pool area is the perfect place to relax in the hammocks or to have a family or friends gathering under the covered terrace. The outdoor area is completed by the barbecue, children's playground and independent sauna.
