The property has been built in the typical Mallorcan style and is divided into two floors. On the main floor there is a large living/dining room with direct access to a large terrace with a dining area, hammocks and a sitting area from where you can enjoy stunning views over the bay of Pollensa. On the same floor there are three double bedrooms (two with sea views), an independent fully fitted kitchen and two complete bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath).
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds.

Outside the villa there is a lovely porch, various terraces, a barbecue area and a private swimming pool.

The villa benefits from air conditioning with a heat pump. It has a holiday licence for eight people.
